Thank you to everyone who participated in the second Online Survey and provided guidance on the types of land uses most appropriate in areas of our city that may change over the next 25 years. The opportunity to respond to the Online Survey closed on March 1, 2026. Your input in this survey will be used along with feedback collected at the Community Open House Meeting held on February 7, 2026 and prior engagement activities to guide updates to Inglewood’s General Plan Land Use Plan.
Join us at the next community meeting of the General Plan Update. Participants will provide input that will help inform the creation of an updated land use plan.

The updated General Plan will address all State requirements and will cover the following topics (also called elements):
The City of Inglewood is updating its General Plan. The General Plan will define a community-driven vision for what our City will look like in 2050 and provide a roadmap to get us there.
The General Plan Update is an opportunity for you to weigh in on Inglewood’s future. There will be a variety of ways to participate, including community meetings and events, online engagement and surveys, and public hearings. Join the mailing list to receive updates about upcoming events.
The General Plan Advisory Committee is an ad-hoc committee responsible for providing feedback and recommendations to City staff, the consultant team, the Planning Commission, and ultimately the City Council during the preparation of the General Plan Update. All meetings are open to the public.
